"Living for Christ in the home is an acid test for any Christian. It is far easier to live an excellent life among your friends -when you are putting your best foot forward and are conscious of public opinion - than it is to live for Christ in your own home. Your own family circle knows whether Christ lives in you and through you.  If you are a true Christian you will not give way at home to bad temper, impatience, faultfinding, sarcasm, unkindness, suspicion, selfishness, or laziness.  Instead, you will reveal through your daily life the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, long-suffering and all the other Christian virtues that round out Christian personality.” (by Billy Graham)

That being said, we played the mom card this May 2013.  Lisa and I were called to Casa Del Pastor to share Jesus with moms who are abused, abandoned, and violated.  In this ministry there have been moms who could not continue as "mom", so we were called to be single working moms due to these unforeseen situations.
A week ago, we drove three days there, and three days back across Mexico to be with her oldest son who was married to a sweet Christian girl. https://mail.google.com/mail/e/B0C Andres entered into marriage in Bachinivia, Chihuahua with Magali. It was a sweet wedding, and they make a beautiful couple. They both love the LORD and are hoping to be a part of the ministry here in CDP some day in the future.
>Please pray for their lives to glorify JESUS as a couple and individually.

While we were away, we accepted a few more moms so our numbers are up to 16 moms with 49 children who live in the CDP This does not include the moms who have their homes and we do childcare with their children plus the childcare of the single moms and low income families who have their children with us during the day. We feed over 110 children in the course of one day, along with the moms who live in CDP.  As you know that feeding that many people is a giant task! I admire her and I would like to ask you to pray for our house manager Nati  Colotzin who does a wonderful job at figuring out how to feed so many people nutritional tasty yummy food and within the low budget!!!!

When I received my deposit in the middle of May and then had to buy food for CDP this month, my mind flooded with doubt. My mental conversation went something like this:

ME: "It is impossible! I can not do it!"
JESUS: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Phil. 4:13

I ask for prayer for finances, as it is at an all time low. But HE keeps me at peace in knowing He has a plan ... Matt. 6:33 and 34 is in full blown living color!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love seeing the LORD at work!   I want to take this time to say thank you for the prayers for my health!! To God be the  Glory!!  I see Him in all things and I thank Him for the health improvement that I have had over these past few days. It was getting a bit crazy being not able to breathe or get around without a puffer (the little med inhaler that asthma users have to have)   However that has changed drastically!!
After the meds took effect I can now think and move and know the LORD is at work in my health!!!!!
Thank you one and all for those prayers!! Don't stop praying, keep at it!! Thanks!!!!!

“It truly is a blessing when friends come to visit. Although we need to be able to do what we do no matter who comes or doesn't come, it just makes things so much more pleasant and easier when we get people coming along side of us here.  I believe that it's the same way with the Lord. He is going to accomplish His will and He is going to complete the work that He began. There is no doubt about that. But what a blessing when we can be a part of that work and come along side Him to walk with Him in what He is doing.” (By D.  JONES)
I wanted to share this part of his newsletter with you.  It does express my thoughts towards the teams that come to San Vicente. They come and do so much in the Lords NAME!
We are approaching the team season and I want to ask for prayer for the Lord to bring whom HE desires to Mexico and to open door to share HIS great love and salvation with the folks of CDP SVCC, the Camps, and the people of SAN VICENTE.  I am hosting one team in June and they have been along side of me for over 17 years. We have a long standing relationship and I am looking forward to see what the LORD will do with this group. Thanks for praying for The Great commission to be lived out in and through the groups that come!

I am looking forward to a busy summer.
I remain His forever.
Thank you  for your  prayer and support
as ever serving with joy ,
Jeanie Sue Phegley aka Juanita
